Blah Blah Blah....

Maternity-
I like to do maternity sessions at about 7 or 8 months, when the belly is big enough to know there's a baby, but Mom's aren't TOO miserable yet ;) and don't have much, if any swelling.
I will do whatever you are COMFORTABLE with. They are YOUR pictures and I am open to anything.

Newborn-
I generally like to do my newborn shoots at or around 10 days. They have generally lost their cords by then and are still "easy" to work with AKA sleeping alot haha! I schedule a big time slot for these becuase it is pretty common to stop for a feeding or two. A lot of my newborn photos are done in their birthday suits or just in a diaper, but if you don't like that or just have another idea, again, I am open to anything. If Mom and Dad want to join in on the photos, black is always a good color top to wear so the little ones stand out against you, but if you have color coordinated outfits you want to use, that is fine too.

Toddler-
Having 2 of my own, I know these aren't the easiest sessions, but rest assured, it isn't just your kid who doesn't sit still for their photos :) These sessions may take a little longer, but I love them because nothing is posed, they are basically "sit and shoot" sessions- Mom or Dad plop them down and duck out of the way and we get as many shots as we can before they are off again. And no worries, I always come stocked with bribes!!

Kiddos-
There is nothing worse than a "posed" picture in my opinion. I like to let the kids do their own thing and see what happens!

Family-
Again, no posey-cheesey stuff...I like the real thing!

Weddings-
Depending on what the bride and groom want, we can do their "couples shots" before or after the ceremony. Regardless of this, I try to be there at least 3 hours before the ceremony and stay until the cake is cut and dances are danced!

Senior-
A lot of seniors come into their sessions knowing the kind of pictures they want and I want to make sure I give that to them. Locations are based on personalities, I want their senior portraits to reflect who they are at this stage in their lives!
